DistroLync OMS

Retire the green-screen. Replace your legacy RMS.

DistroLync OMS runs a distribution business end to end — customer orders, purchasing and receiving, warehouse and lot control, per-customer pricing, invoicing and A/R, delivery routes, and EDI — in one modern cloud system. Built as the replacement for aging RMS and route-management systems, with guided data migration and a cutover run alongside your team.

What a legacy RMS leaves on the table

One system, order to invoice — no green screens, no rekeying.

  1. Orders from every channel. Portal, EDI 850, and rep-entered orders land on one fulfillment board with account pricing already applied.
  2. Purchasing, warehouse, and lots. Receiving, lot/expiry, FEFO picking, cycle counts, and transfers in the same system as the orders.
  3. Routes and proof of delivery. Pick to load to stop-by-stop delivery with signature capture; invoices generate as stops close.
  4. EDI included. 850 / 855 / 856 / 810 built in — no separate vendor to keep the chains happy.
Migration & cutover

Come off the old system without stopping the trucks.

Your customers, items, and pricing come in through guided imports; we validate against your live orders and run the switch alongside your team. For the full playbook, read Replacing a legacy RMS: a practical guide for distributors.

Can DistroLync OMS replace our legacy RMS?

Yes — that is what it is built for. OMS covers the order-to-invoice day-to-day a distribution house runs on, without a multi-year ERP project. Your data comes in through guided imports and we run the cutover alongside your team.

What about the pricing rules our old system holds?

Per-customer contract, volume-break, and promo pricing are first-class records in OMS, applied automatically at order entry across the portal, EDI, and rep-entered orders. Bring your ugliest pricing tab — converting it is the satisfying part.

Will we lose EDI trading during the switch?

No. EDI (850 / 855 / 856 / 810) is built in, so the chains and buying groups that require it keep trading through the cutover.
