DistroLync OMS

Order management for wholesale distributors.

DistroLync OMS runs a distribution business end to end — customer orders, purchasing, warehouse and lot control, per-customer pricing, invoicing and A/R, delivery routes, and EDI — in one modern cloud system. Built as the replacement for aging RMS and green-screen systems.

See it in action

The modules, in motion.

Every order, one live board.

Portal orders, EDI 850s, and rep-entered orders all land on the same kanban — received, picking, routed, delivered. No rekeying, no channel silos, and every order carries its account’s pricing from the moment it arrives.

  • One fulfillment board across portal, EDI, and phone orders
  • Order status from received to proof of delivery
  • Per-account pricing applied automatically at entry

Lot and expiry, captured at the dock.

Receiving captures lot codes and expiry dates while the pallet is in front of someone — so FEFO picking rotates stock by date automatically, and the recall question is answered from one screen instead of a week of digging.

  • Purchasing and receiving with lot + expiry capture
  • First-expiring-first-out picking by default
  • Forecast-driven purchase order drafts

Prices that enforce themselves.

Contract prices, volume breaks, and promo windows live per customer and apply at order entry — then invoices generate the moment the order ships, and A/R aging keeps receivables visible without a spreadsheet.

  • Contract, volume-break, and promo pricing per account
  • Automatic invoicing with credits and adjustments
  • A/R aging and credit holds built in

From pick ticket to proof of delivery.

Orders wave into pick, pick into routes, routes into stop-by-stop delivery with signature capture — while the EDI documents chains require (850 in, 855 / 856 / 810 out and back) flow from the same data, not a separate vendor.

  • Route planning with stop-level proof of delivery
  • EDI 850 / 855 / 856 / 810 built in
  • Invoices generated as stops close out

Works with StoreQueue

Your customers already have the other half.

Stores order through StoreQueue, the store-facing app from DistroLync — so the demand side of your business shows up as clean, structured orders instead of voicemails and texts. OMS is where you run fulfillment; StoreQueue is where your customers buy.

Questions distributors ask

DistroLync OMS, answered.

What is DistroLync OMS?

DistroLync OMS is cloud order and inventory management for wholesale distributors — customer orders, purchasing and receiving, warehouse and lot control, per-customer pricing, invoicing and A/R, delivery routes, and EDI, in one system.

Can it replace our legacy RMS or ERP?

That is what it is built for. OMS covers the day-to-day a distribution house runs on — order to invoice — without a multi-year ERP project. Your data comes in via guided imports and we run the cutover with you.

Does it support EDI?

Yes — outbound 850 purchase orders and inbound 855 acknowledgments, 856 ship notices, and 810 invoices are built in, so trading with chains and buying groups does not need a separate EDI vendor.

How is it priced?

DistroLync OMS is a monthly subscription per company, sized to your operation. Talk to us and we will quote your setup — no long procurement cycle.

Do my customers get an ordering portal?

Yes. Your accounts get a branded web portal with their contract pricing, volume breaks, and order history — orders land straight on your fulfillment board.
